includes bookmarks, name tags, buttons, etc.

Mileage billed at standard IRS rate plus tolls and parking actual rates. Hotel plus $50.00 daily meal expense for all overnight stays. Detailed event calendar can be sent upon request.

We request that all lists are sent via email in word document format.
There will be an additional $1.00 fee for each envelope if the list is sent in a handwritten type of format. (at times it is hard to read others handwriting and we would hate to misspell someones name)
